This course is designed to improve your listening, speaking and writing skills in the workplace context. We use interactive workplace scenarios and conversations where you can practice with your coach and a friendly cohort.
You will learn:

- Describe your projects/tasks coherently
- Communicate effectively with your boss and colleagues
- Handle phone calls, and make appointments confidently
- Write business emails.
